Tummy Tuck Thursday Recipe

Sometimes I get really motivated to do Mike's whole healthy-eating-whatever. I think to myself, "this is awesome. I can TOTALLY do this. I feel great." Other times...well, I don't think that way. Sometimes I want a milkshake and a cheeseburger. That happens a lot actually.
MOST of the time, I am somewhere in the middle. That's the greatest thing about this snack. It's kind of in the middle of the health scale. It's got good stuff in it...with just the right amount of less-good-stuff. :)

Apple Rings:

1 apple cored and sliced into rings
Peanut Butter
Cooking Oats
Raisins or, if you are anything like me, you can substitute with chocolate chips

Spread your apple rings with PB and cover with oats and chocolate chips er, raisins. Enjoy!

Sounds great! could you substitute cookie butter for the peanut butter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can think of no situation where cookie butter would not be an acceptable substitute for anything.
